Tomasa Rainey founded Goshen Legacy™ LLC to help individuals, leaders, and business owners move from confusion to clarity and from short-term survival to intentional legacy.

She brings over a decade of experience across property and casualty insurance, medical insurance, claims operations, quality assurance, arbitration, and team leadership. Her background includes serving as a former Auto Subrogation Arbitrator with Arbitration Forums, alongside hands-on experience reviewing and interpreting policy language, navigating coverage disputes, and supporting operational consistency within regulated insurance environments. This experience informs a disciplined, clarity-focused approach to consulting delivered through insurance education and policy interpretation.

Tomasa holds multiple insurance adjuster licenses, with Florida as her designated home state, providing reciprocity across most U.S. jurisdictions. She is an active member of the CPCU Society through The Institutes and is currently a candidate for the Professional Risk Consultant (PRC®) designation, reinforcing her foundation in insurance principles, coverage analysis, and claims-readiness education.
