Section II – Client Agreement & Compliance Disclaimer (Formal Consent)

This section applies to all clients engaging in paid or complimentary sessions through Goshen Legacy™ Policy Clarity Solutions.

3.8 Purpose of Service

We provide independent, educational consulting intended to promote insurance and risk literacy. Services are not a substitute for professional, licensed advice.

3.9 Compliance Disclaimer

Goshen Legacy™ LLC is not a licensed insurance agency, producer, or adjuster. We do not sell or service policies. All recommendations are educational and for informational purposes only.

3.10 Recording & Transcription

All client sessions may be recorded and transcribed for documentation accuracy, internal training, and quality assurance. Recordings remain the property of Goshen Legacy™ LLC and will not be released or published without written consent.

3.11 Feedback & Testimonial Consent

Clients grant Goshen Legacy™ LLC permission to use anonymized or generalized feedback for training, marketing, and educational purposes. Testimonials may reference clients using first name and last initial, first initial and last name, or business name unless written anonymity is requested.

3.12 Data Retention & Protection

Session data, notes, and supporting materials may be securely retained for up to three (3) years for audit, compliance, and quality purposes before being archived or deleted.

3.13 Liability & Client Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goshen Legacy™ LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any financial, professional, or insurance-related outcomes arising from session information.

3.14 Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

3.15 Client Acknowledgment

By completing a booking, intake form, or signing electronically, you confirm that you:

Consent to recording and internal use of session data;
Accept limitations of liability;

Section III – Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.16 Applicability

This policy applies to all scheduled sessions, consultations, or media bookings conducted under Goshen Legacy™ LLC, including Policy Clarity Solutions™, Layers of H.E.R.™, and all related divisions.

3.17 Cancellation Notice

Clients and guests must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Requests made within twenty-four (24) hours are considered late cancellations.

3.18 Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice or missed without communication are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

3.19 Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Subsequent requests may incur a $25 administrative fee or require rebooking at the current rate.

3.20 Refunds

Refunds are granted upon request only if Goshen Legacy™ LLC cancels a session or if a verified technical issue prevents service delivery and the session is not rescheduled.

3.21 Timeliness

Clients are expected to join promptly. Late arrivals will not extend session duration.

3.22 Acceptance of Terms

By booking or confirming an appointment, clients acknowledge they have reviewed, understood, and accepted this policy in addition to all other applicable Goshen Legacy™ LLC disclaimers and terms of service.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All original materials, digital products, templates, graphics, and publications produced by Goshen Legacy™ LLC remain its intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goshen Legacy™ LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of any Goshen Legacy™ LLC content or services.
